Your experience in HR will enable you to know when to ask for support and when to flag potential issues.

You easily flex your style and approach based on what the requirement is and will be adept at using professional influence to ensure good people management practice across all levels of the business. You believe in a HR best fit pragmatic approach whilst understanding the importance of consistency.

As an outstanding team player, you are happy to mentor more junior members of the team and support cross role learning.
